What is the time frame that CDLA.com will use to determine the $600 tax-reporting threshold?
CDAL.com will determine the $600 threshold based on the sum of all payments made to you during a calendar year (January 1-December 31). Therefore, the $600 tax-reporting threshold for 2003 will be determined by the sum of the four payments as on the 2003 Payment Schedule. You can access your Payment History at any time in the Earnings section of your Artist Admin area.
Important: if you are over the $600 threshold at the end of Q3 (September 30), you must have your TIN on file or CDLA.com will be required to withhold 30% of your yearly earnings for the IRS.
